The strategic goal of the Company relating to the quality is to provide for steady, safe and efficient production based on social and business interests with the product range, volume and quality corresponding to the market demand.
The company regards the quality of its services and products to be one of the basic requirements for the achievement of the abovestated goal and commits to the following:
- To provide for the correspondence of the quality management system, integrated with ecological management system and the Company’s general management system, to the requirements of ISO 9001 international standard;
- To improve incessantly the efficiency of products and services quality management;
- To provide for unconditional adherence to all applicable international, federal, regional, and local legal requirements; to all agreements, standards, and regulations related to products quality and turnover;
- To upgrade production management methods and technologies aimed at improvement of products/services quality and at decrease of negative impact on environment;
- To provide the Company’s facilities and plants with the required number of sufficiently trained personnel in line with production demands; to motivate the personnel for achievement of strategic and current goals.
