Educational background:

Graduated from Moscow State Institute for International Relations in 1994 with a Masters degree in International Relations. In 2000 received an MBA from INSEAD business school (Fontainebleau, France).

Professional experience:

In 1994-1999, held different positions form attache to deputy Minister assistant within the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

In 2000, joined the London office of Merrill Lynch as Deputy Director and then Vice President of Capital Markets and Corporate Finance Department in Europe.

From 2005 to 2008 – Director of the Capital Markets Department, member of the Management Board at Renaissance Capital.

Since 2008 - Deputy CEO, Investments, Interros Holding Company.

Since 2008 - Member of the Board of Directors of Prof-Media Management.

Since 2008 - Member of the Board of Directors of OJSC Open Investments.
